Ted yes your client reference number would still be valid I suspect they would give you a paper copy of the ticket and you scan the code at the turnstile..

WHU should have sent me an email but as yet haven't would my customer no still be valid as it's been dormant for so long and what do I show at the turnstyle ?

yes psycho is right ted if youi have a client reference number the bloke who is transferring the ticket to you just adds you to his network transfers the ticket you accept and Bob's your uncle and presumably if you are goin g with your son he does the same

He should have been able to transfer them to your client ref number without going anywhere near the ticket office. I've done it with mine a few times

Hi ted you will be fine they will show you how to use them and there are people at the turnstiles . If you arer coming in on the District Line don't get off at Upton Park we don't play there anymore..Hope you have a great night and of coutrse 3 points
